Shipping Policy
We do sends to all the country. We do not charge any type of packaging or shipping costs so that your product reaches its safe destination. We strive to protect the products shipped with corrugated cardboard, film and plastic bag to prevent them from being hit or scratched.
Shipments within the City of Buenos Aires and Greater Buenos Aires (Cordon 1 and 2) are door to door, they are delivered on the day and we do them with our own logistics company. On the other hand, shipments to the interior of the country are made by Express or Mail with home delivery or to the branch of your city and are dispatched on the day of your purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
In case of manufacturing defects in any of our products, we have a guaranteed system of returns and exchanges. The product is sent back to our warehouse (at our expense), we analyze the failure and we take care of managing the refund of the money or the new shipment so that it reaches you in a timely manner again.
In the case of incompatibilities with your motorcycle, we also have a return and exchange system. In the case of having advised you and the incompatibility is due to an error or deficiency on our part, the shipment to our warehouse is also at our expense.
